Re: Ziwico - Are the Wheels falling off ?

Insane that a trader that bad is still allowed to continue despite the current issues. Got to meet those profit forecasts..

Re: Affiliate listings - DON'T BID! Plus Bitcoin discussion

The seized Bitcoin are being sold in 10 lots, 9 of 3000 and 1 of the remaining or something so it's really < 2mil which anyone that is going to put a 200k deposit down on should be able to pay. Might be interesting if they go for significantly less than the average exchange rate etc

Re: Affiliate listings - DON'T BID!

People very early on made decent returns from investing in mining pools (buying shares in a company that creates/deploys it's own ASIC mining machines to try to mine bitcoins), I doubt there's any good opportunities now to be honest. The majority of the bitcoin 'mining' hardware available that peopl...

Re: The Future of all Microsoft software?

The advantage is (with some SKU's anyway) they now allow install on 2 or 3 PC's which gives it a little bit more value. Also you are looking at the US pricing, NZ is $16 a month or $165 yearly.

It's an interesting concept (renting the software vs owning), will not be legal in some European countries.

Re: RealMe

Personally I welcome it if done correctly. I don't believe it's intended to replace any existing site logins other than government services. ie think of say joining TSB Bank from Dunedin (Where there's no local branches). Rather than signing up online then being asked for approved(signed by ANZ reps...

Re: NZ Copyright Act, section 92a - poor legislation

The only active domain blocking effective here is the DIA's childporn filter which iirc is still opt in for ISP's(. It's a pretty complex task to add/remove sites(in terms of reviews, forming panels, approval etc) and their list is constantly reviewed for sites which no longer meet their specificati...

Re: Fake DVDs - allblackpaua

Do these have the NZ classification label's on them? Why is it blurred in the image? teckiwi (152 ) 9:02 pm, Sun 10 Feb blacklisted for asking that question to the seller. Surely TM has an obligation to act here under the Films, Videos, and Publications Classification Act 1993. They have been known...

Re: Fake DVDs - allblackpaua

Some of these DVD sets do not have NZ classification stickers on them according to some buyers, therefore they can't be sold until the seller requests them and attaches them. TM should ask him to provide proof for each series that they have the correct sticker applied. As for legitimacy they could w...

Re: Seller claims returned goods are not what they sent

At the time of posting, this situation was unresolved. It has since been resolved (Kevin replacing the goods with another item around 14 weeks after my post here ). It is my understanding Kevin had asked this thread be removed (in addition to the ON3 thread the first post references), which I would ...
