Usual enforement of terms and conditions - NOT

Irrational behaviour and incomprehensible decisions 101 - this is the place. If they're really silly, you could win a chocolate fish.* (* Highly unlikely and they're only virtual chocolate fish)

Usual enforement of terms and conditions - NOT

Post by Googlybear » Fri Jul 11, 2014 2:14 am

You have to wonder why TM even bother to include statements in their terms & conditions such as

http://www.trademe.co.nz/help/773/trade ... conditions" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
be a Trade Me member with 98% or greater positive feedback
When there is this trader

boodlesbuys
http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing ... =745213620" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
93.7% positive feedback
Who not only is below the feedback threshold for a store entitlement but is even below the 95% rate to which sellers are `Supposed` to be placed on a sales ban
