How is it the trademe staff still allows a person known to the Counties manukau Police for receiving and selling stolen items a membership, cause he also sells the items on his trademe page to keep his membership open, but i have one disgruntled buyer and my membership gets shut down and i am on the permanently banned from owning a trademe membership

Hi Ross, it would be most unusual for TM to close an account because of "one disgruntled buyer". In fact we've never come across such an instance in the past ten years. There has to be a lot more to this story. Care to elaborate?
