Enter a registration plate and find all sorts of info about any vehicle. And
best of all, most of the information is free.

I have set up an affiliate link with CarJam, it is a very handy site, I even built the checking into my site so users can do the checks easily for vehicles listed on the my site.
Cheers

Bad news team... CarJam is under threat. You're probably aware that the NZTA
provides free access to their data which allows CarJam to provide their free service.
The NZTA is stopping the provision of this free information effective Jan 1st 2011.

CarJam provides such a great little service at no cost that we need to make our
voices heard on this one. You can send an easy email to the Minister at:

http://www.carjam.co.nz/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Or sign the online petition:
http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/nzta-free-data/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Don't do nothing... get involved please!

We don't need that.
Hi Mr Joyce

If this goes through it's another source of information that may not be
accessed to stop a scam.

I've been involved in fighting on line scams for years.

If this facility is withdrawn, don't send your boys and girsl around for my
vote next election, it won't be available!
Google, the answer to so many questions!

Signed.

The warrant that I got last week is even on there - and the graphs on mileage are interesting.

Unfortunately CarJam is now a paid service. You can't blame the site... the government
forced them into it in January.

Ironically the following month there's a rash of stories in the media about the number of
dodgy online car sales increasing.
