Dodgy diet plans ... the rest

Fake copies of Microsoft Office, operating systems, memory cards and flash drives, fake designer clothing... anything of that nature. At any given time TM offers thousands of fake itmes which breach their terms & conditions... and often do little about the problem. This is the place to discuss the issue.

Dodgy diet plans ... the rest

Post by scott_evil » Thu May 18, 2006 10:51 am

Okay this thread is to notify us of all other diet plan sellers (except for gbjthomas who has his very own 22 page thread as of 18/5/06)

http://www.trademe.co.nz/Members/Listin ... ber=419888

This seller has already had listings withdrawn because they are e-books. Note how they send goods with free shipping, its just the reference to "ebook" or "email" is no longer there. They are likely to be exactly the same

Now that you have done the work TM should compare each of those sellers to see if any have a connection with each other

Collusion and Cannibalism in the Diet World?

On one of brandy4u's auctions:

http://www.trademe.co.nz/Members/0193-0 ... 154099.htm
Q. Hi there.Sorry to gatecash your auction, just logged in and did not have any abusive emails from that other lady then checked auction listings and can not find any belonging to her...has she disappered has TM finally done some thing about her behaviour? posted by: tamarah1 (483 ) 9:58 am, Mon 22 May
A. I hope so!!! She said that you two had an understanding that she did not copy your diet plan even a bit as she has sent you a copy of what she sells... She even accuses me of copying her auctions when she was the one who copied our auctions! Lol. Well I think tm has finally done something :) HOPEFULLY!- 5:14 pm, Mon 22 May
Perhaps they're talking about our friend Gregor?

TM withdrew one of nessa574's dodgy diets - 57193258 - but let all the
others complete. Some have sold, others are being offered at $5.
i liked that i didnt HAVE to exercise and i liked the fact that i was losing
up to 4KGS EVERY 11 DAYS!!!

So we start to get a record of what's been sold by whom:

justthreading

dpeni (25 ) 13 Apr 2006 justthreading was the seller Sold for $3.50 (#52807690)
Thanks for the fast delivery, only negative I have is the price of postage………….I paid 5.99 for a paper envelope. Also it should have been stated in the auction that the 7 day detox is in fact the cabbage diet, or soup diet. Other then that lovely person to trade with and can't wait to start the 28 day..
trader responded: 16 Apr 2006 The plan has been perfectly spiral bound in high quality and cost stationery, which explains my shipping costs
http://www.trademe.co.nz/Members/Feedba ... 850&page=2

There's a fair few blues and complaints about her excessive postage charges.

I reckon, but you could probably collect the ethanol/methanol and convert your car to run on it.

Newsflash!

The Di Vinci Code is tipped to open this weekend and net in the vicinity of US$74 Million .... it's rumoured this will come in just behind the weekend takings for a gas station in Auckland.
