Dodgy diet plans ... the rest

Fake copies of Microsoft Office, operating systems, memory cards and flash drives, fake designer clothing... anything of that nature. At any given time TM offers thousands of fake itmes which breach their terms & conditions... and often do little about the problem. This is the place to discuss the issue.

Either Dutch or South African I believe. It loosely translates as "You are an
idiot Almal". Maybe the nameholder could enlighten us?

moontlik latyns hollands of suid-afrikaner? miskien u behoort refrein van gebruik google wanneer probeer om te kyk soos 'n professor van tale. Ek bedoel ernstig wie {oproepe|noem} afrikaanz suid-afrikaner?

anywho,

my main issue was clear.

you are breaking the law by making defamatory statements about people. i wanted to see what you had to say about that.

what i find the most amusing about all this is the fact that you scott_evil were banned from trade me. so i somehow dont think your such an honest person yourself.

how can you slag people down when you have been banned from using the trade me service? you cant. you have no credibility.

People get banned for all sorts of reasons. Did you bother to read any of the threads in the other forums? You can hardly justify my membership being terminated after all the good work I've done. I had 200+ trades to my name with 100% positive feedback and they gave me the flick just like that for helping somebody out who had been ripped off after I posted a URL to the scambusters site on one of their message boards to direct the victim here. Yes, we do slag TradeMe off a lot, but I don't know how you get the idea that any of it is defamatory because we have plenty of proof.

Now I'd like to hear your story, tell me why you are here and why you give me the impression you take sides with TradeMe's (mis)management and all the other people we've "defamed" on here, most likely because of their own actions.

Welcome back monsieur l'idiote.

Could you kindly provide one example of your claimed "defamation".

Hi,

I found this site through google. I googled gucci_stylexx the trademe
user because I have found dealings with her very rude (questions and
answers on questions etc). After reading this thread I have found she
is still selling diet plans (last sale was auction 213471893). I have complained to trademe many times about this trader
with no response. I have community-watched her listings I find
selling diets, but still nothing happens. I am shocked to find she
bought the diet she is selling on trademe herself.

What more can I do??

The diet selling business on TM seems to be both competitive and
incestuous, with buyers onselling each others wares and often abusing
each other in the Q&A.

You would be hard pressed to find anyone who is a qualified nutritionist or
dietician, although many will claim to be. Most of the diets that are being sold
are either copied straight from the net, or probably out of a Womans Weekly.
They are mostly low calorie, many of them dangerous fads.

TMs response to this was to give the diet sellers a category of their own
to list in. Go figure.
Idealism increases in direct proportion to your distance from the problem.
