Fake and Suspicious Memory Cards on Trademe

Fake copies of Microsoft Office, operating systems, memory cards and flash drives, fake designer clothing... anything of that nature. At any given time TM offers thousands of fake itmes which breach their terms & conditions... and often do little about the problem. This is the place to discuss the issue.

After TradeMe allowed him to successfully complete this trade, this seller has listed another card. You'd think TM might at least take account of existing feedback when allowing fake cards to be sold on their site.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU BID!
Sold a fake item, ignored and black listed me to avoid the accusation.
His response after Trademe involved…
“I do not know whether the item been made by Samsung or not, but stated in the auction what the label says. now you are asking for a refund after 6 weeks! that's not possible.
If you were contacting me within 1-2 days after receiving it, I may be able to do something.sorry mate.”
If you don’t want to have the same trouble as me, avoid this seller.
trader responded: 13/3/15

Yes i have stated what the label says.
I never said it was an original samsung made nor a fake!
I bought it and sold it.

As Googlybear has pointed out, while 512GB full sized SD cards are availble (at a bargain price of around $1200), 512GB Micro SD cards do not exist yet. TM have already allowed this guy to sell one fake card for $46... hopefully they'll nip this one in the bud before another buyer gets ripped off.
