help me remove this fake ed hardy seller

Fake copies of Microsoft Office, operating systems, memory cards and flash drives, fake designer clothing... anything of that nature. At any given time TM offers thousands of fake itmes which breach their terms & conditions... and often do little about the problem. This is the place to discuss the issue.

help me remove this fake ed hardy seller

Post by callum.irvine » Wed Jul 14, 2010 1:02 am

"x105strike" They have been named on the Ed Hardy New Zealand facebook page as selling fakes. I have posted some questions on his auctions, got nonsense answers, then he blacklisted me. Please help with questioning the seller and CW'ing auctions? eg auction 303180965

A link to the Ed Hardy New Zealand facebook page would be handy. And at least
one feedback agrees with you.
Not the real thing!!! Iron on transfer, despite asking if image screen print or
paint (and being told yes), as is usual for Ed Hardy shirts. This is a classic
(bad copy) of an Ed Hardy shirt. Fast shipping, good communication but in the
end its a fake!!! No anger here. I have many Hardy shirts and this is NOT
original. Inside tags cut off. Fake!!

Link to the official ed hardy NZ site naming him as selling counterfeits.

As with most counterfeit sellers, his/her prices are too cheap.
If you question the authenticity on TM you will likely be blacklisted

I guess reporting the listings to an Ed Hardy representative could be another step. There is a massive number of these fakes out in the world though. So they might be one of those companies that just accept that fakes will be made, and don't have the time/money to chase them all. The official ed hardy New Zealand site just links to the facebook page mentioned above. They themselves had said this seller is selling fakes, and the fact they remain on trademe says a lot? I have emailed the managing director of ed hardy NZ link http://www.edhardy.co.nz/contact.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; to ask his opinion.

Yes, but I will pm you with the first part of it so you can check it for libel.
:anitank

Anybody watching the police v switched on gardener saga, the outcome of that could have serious implications for the ScamMe (TradeMe) site of fakes and scams.
