Order and pay for your goods from grouponnz.co.nz in September... still no delivery by xmas... customer service
non-existent = unhappy punters. It doesn't get much worse than this.

I have also been scammed by Groupon. For $200. They dont answer their phone or reply to emails. I have been waiting over 3 months for a product which was supposed to be delivered within two weeks! Just check their facebook page for all the proof you need - hundreds of customer complaints!!

you had any contact at all from Groupon during that period?

Internationally Groupon has posted a net loss of $US42.7m for the last three months of 2011. Yep... that's just
three months of trading. The company operates in 47 countries - NZ is only one of those.

But wait... things are apparently getting better. Sort of.
In 2011 as a whole, Groupon posted a net loss of $203.4m – compared to a loss of $420.3m in 2010.

How would you feel if you lost $US10b in just one year?

In November last year Groupon was valued at an amazing $US13 billion. This week it's only worth $US2.46b.
